With 27 years of experience working with despairing but hopeful families, who have had similar worries and concerns she can guide them to achieve remarkable success.

Her mission and commitment is to help you get back into the driving seat and make parenting enjoyable – just as you’ve always dreamed it would be.

Her path to become an ADHD Consultant became clear when she found solutions that dramatically changed her son’s life and completely transformed the family dynamics. Her system focuses on dealing with daily challenges at home, and nutritional support - her clients say amazing things about the impact that her work has had on their children and themselves.

Heather is a from-the-trenches mom who has experienced all the ups and downs of ADHD parenting and draws from her personal empirical experience and training.
You can feel confident engaging her to guide you to solve your problems. She has a B.A. degree from Wits University; has a Rotary Vocation Award for her services to the community; and is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner. She has written several books on ADHD.
